The Vice-Chancellor, Prof Florence Obi has announced the appointment of Prof Angela Oyo Ita and Prof Michael Okom as the two new Deputy Vice-Chancellors of the University of Calabar following their endorsement by the Senate of the University.
Prof Angela Oyo Ita now Deputy Vice-Chancellor Academic is of the Faculty of Medicine and a one-time Commissioner of Health in Cross River State .
Prof Michael Okom now Deputy Vice-Chancellor Administration is a Governing Council member and Dean of the Faculty of Law prior to his recent appointment.
