It has come to the knowledge of the College Management that some staff engage in ad-hoc duties outside the College without a prior permission from the Management.
2. It is pertinent to note that engaging in any ad-hoc activities such as part-time job with some Non- Governmental Organizations (NGOs), teaching in other private schools, attending seminars or workshop e.t.c without the knowledge of the Management is a serious misconduct and such act violates the Rules and Regulations as enshrined in the College public service rules.
3. In view of the above, all staff wishing to engage in any ad-hoc activities outside the College should notify the College Management henceforth as the College Management will not take it lightly with any staff found guilty of such offence.
4. This directive must be strictly adhered to, please.
