Correct O’Level Requirement

Upon release of JOSTUM Part-Time screening application forms, many applicants just jump at it without confirming if JOSTUM accepts AR (Awaiting Results). Let it be clear to you now, JOSTUM DOES NOT accept awaiting result. You must have the complete O’level result of 5 credit passes which ideally must include mathematics and English language plus any other 3 relevant subjects as it relates to your course of study. JOSTUM Age Requirement

Yes there is an age limit for admission into the Joseph Sarwaun Tarka University Makurdi. Ideally you are supposed to be up to 18 years and above to before you can be admitted into any higher institution in Nigeria but times have changed. If you are 16 years and above, you can gain admission into JOSTUM. However some departments would require you are up to 17 years of age at least. In JOSTUM if you are 16 years and above can purchase their  part-time Form s and participate in the screening exercise.

     HOW TO APPLY FOR JOSTUM PART-TIME FORM

Step 1 – Create an account online by providing your email address and choosing a password (if you have not done that previously).

Step 2 – Upon creation of account, a unique application number will be issued. Copy the application number in a safe place (An email will be also sent to you containing your application number if your email address is valid). It is your reference number through out your application.

Step 3 – To make payment for the forms, visit Fee Payment Platform. Make payment of non-refundable fee of N6,350 online using your debit card (MasterCard, Verve) or visit Commercial Bank Nationwide

Step 4 – A confirmation slip will be issued to you containing a 14-digit unique number as Payment Identification Number (PIN) which will enable you continue your application. Please ensure this number is on the slip printed.

Note: Any candidate caught impersonating will be handed over to the police and the candidate impersonated will automatically be disqualified.

JOSTUM Part-time Programme Requirements

Candidates wishing to apply for any of the Sandwich programme are to follow the instructions for the application procedure.

Candidate seeking admission must have NCE as requirement. Candidates with IJMB, HND and First Degree may be considered. For details of O’Level requirements for the various programmes, contact the Sandwich office.
