Teachers Registration Council of Nigeria (TRCN) is an agency of Nigeria’s Federal Ministry of Education. TRCN Decree N0. 31 of 1993 established it (now TRCN Act CAP T3 of 2004). The primary responsibilities include the regulation and control of the teaching profession at all levels of the Nigerian education system, both public and private.
This is to inform all the candidates that applied and the general public that the 2022 Batch B Professional Qualifying Examination (PQE) information will be held on November 17th and 19th, 2022.
Mode of TRCN Professional Qualifying Examination (PQE)
- The Examination will be computer-based.
- Accreditation: Accreditation of candidates starts at 8:00 am.

- Candidates should go to TRCN State offices to identify the precise date, CBT Centre and time for their examination.
- In compliance with the Federal Government’s guidelines on prevention of the spread of COVID-19 pandemic, candidates are mandated to use face mask, sanitizers and other personal protective measures as well as maintaining social distancing and adhere to their scheduled time for the examination.
- Any complain concerning the conduct of the examination should reach the Reg/CEO not later than 2 weeks after the Examination.
