More details:
1. The first page of the essay must include the author's full name, year of call (for lawyers), phone number, email address, and current school of study (for students).
2. Submissions must be original, independent, and unpublished. Co-authored essays will not be considered.
3. Submissions will be judged anonymously. The decision of the judging panel is final.
4. The names of the winners and their essays may be published by Lawyard after notification to all participants.
5. Winners may be asked to provide a brief biographical note.
6. Lawyard reserves the right to publish winning essays (or excerpts) up to 18 months after the competition concludes. Proper attribution will be given to the author(s).
7. Past winners in both categories are ineligible to participate.
8. Any use of AI tools in essay preparation must be disclosed on the first page.
