Members of the Tertiary Education Trust Fund (TETFUND) led by Jato Peters and Muaz Mzee has commended the management of the Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas Bonny led by Prof. Tamunoimi Michael Abbey for its judicious use of funds released to it by the agency.
The visitors gave the commendation during the unveiling of brand new vehicles by the Rector said the agency was impressed with the institution. Having gone round some of the facilities and projects, what is on ground is laudable. Other institutions should emulate the Federal Polytechnic of Oil and Gas Bonny to encourage the Government to do more in education.
The Rector, Professor Tamunoimi Abbey expressed his happiness that the effort of the management was recognized by the agency. Apart from unveiling the brand new vehicles, the TETFUND visitors inspected some TETFUND funded projects like lecture theaters, the new proposed site for library, offices etc.
