Application forms for Admission into Community Midwifery for 2024/2025 Academic Session is available for sale online
REQUIREMENTS
Candidates must be indigenes of Taraba State and should possess the following requirements before applying:
(4) Credits including (English Language and Biology) in their O' level result -WAEC, NECO or NABTEB obtainable in not more than two sittings.
Sales of admission forms shall commence from Tuesday 23rd July to 23rd August 2024 through the College Website.
B. Application forms fees per Candidate is N8, 300.00 only
MODE OF APPLICATION
- Visit the College website via: http://www.tarabascnm.edu.ng/portal/application
- Create an account on the college portal
- Use your username and password to login
- Make payment for the e application form via ATM CARD
- Fill the form carefully and submit online (only use scratch card that has not been used more than three (3) times)
- PRINT YOUR PAYMENT SLIP (evidence of payment), application form and acknowledgement letter. Come along with your printed payment slip, scratch card and all other documents during the entrance examination for verification please.
APTITUDE TEST
- Aptitude test will be on Friday 23 August, 2024
- Time: 8am
- Venue: College premises
Note: Prospective candidates should come along with their original documents for verification on the day of the aptitude test please. Also, come along with writing materials for the test.
