The administrators of the Hacked Bayero University Kano Website have now restored the website's homepage back to it's functional state. However, other links, pages and applications within the website are yet to be functional as it appears they were also affected by the hack.
It will be recalled that hackers who were protesting the over 100 days of ASUU strike took over the website and posted a message just to air their views to the government. You can read the full report by clicking here.
The estimated time in which the entire website will be fully functional is yet to be know as we believe the school's webmaster is working to restore the website back to it's original state.
Whether or not another school's website will be hacked, only time will tell.
