The Graduate Development Programme assignee role recipient is provided with intensive training and support while giving them the opportunity to work in a professional context. - Any bachelor’s degree or equivalent professional qualification i.e., CFA, ACCA, CIMA, Engineering, Social Sciences, Medicine etc.
- Minimum cumulative 3.9 GPA on a 4.0 scale or 2.1 or global equivalent
