This is to inform the public that the sales of forms into St. Louis School of Midwifery Zonkwa has begun. The sales of form commenced 2nd November 2020 and will last until 8th January 2021.
Basic Requirements
5 credits in WAEC, NECO, GCE in not more than two sittings to include English language, Mathematics, Biology, Chemistry and Physics.
Candidates must be between ages of 18 - 30 years by March 2021
Program duration -- 3yrs
Method of Application
Forms can be obtained from the following centers
St. Gerald's school of nursing kakuri, kaduna
St. Louis School of midwifery Zonkwa
On payment of non-refundable fee of seven thousand Naira (#7000)only.
Completed Application forms must be returned to the secretary's office on or before 11th January 2021.
