Admission Requirements
Candidates applying for admission into Admission Programme must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ level credit including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings in WASC, GCE, NECO or its equivalent. Other credits must be relevant to the Programme as contained in JAMB brochure. Furthermore, awaiting result is not accepted.
- SSCE/NECO Result (Awaiting Result NOT Accepted).
- Four (4) Passport Photographs.
HOW TO APPLY FOR SON UBTH ADMISSION FORM

Admission forms are obtainable from the Office of the Head, School of Nursing Studies, UBTH, Benin City, on payment of application fee of Ten Thousand Naira (N10, 000.00) or its equivalent in Dollars or Pounds for foreign applicants.
NOTE THE FOLLOWING:
- All payments for the application forms should be made directly into UBTH Account, with TSA under the service type: Training School of Nursing Studies using Remita platform in any bank in Nigeria.
- Sales of forms commence 1st March and closes 30th July, 2021.
- All forms must be purchased in the Administrative Office of the above named School.
- Candidates will be responsible for their accommodation and feeding during the examination period.
SON UBTH ADMISSION FORM DEADLINE
The management has announced that the closing date is 30th of July 2021. All forms must be submitted on or before 11:59PM.
