Admission Requirements

Candidates applying for admission into Admission Programme must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ level credit including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings in WASC, GCE, NECO or its equivalent. Other credits must be relevant to the Programme as contained in JAMB brochure. Furthermore, awaiting result is not accepted.

2. Four (4) Passport Photographs.

HOW TO APPLY FOR SON OAUTHC ADMISSION FORM

Application forms are obtainable from the Community Health Officers’ Programme, OAUTHC, Ile-Ife at a cost of Ten Thousand Naira (N10,000.00) only, after payment into OAUTHC’S TSA Recurrent Account via REMITA PLATFORM through any commercial bank of your choice and indicate the purpose of payment as “Admission Form into CHO Training Programmes.”

Thereafter, the evidence of payment should be brought to the school to collect admission form

The management has announced that the closing date is 2nd of July 2021. All forms must be submitted not later than friday 2nd July 2021.
