The management of the Sokoto State University has released a revised academic calendar for continuation and completion of the 2019/2020 academic session. Lectures are expected to resume on October 12th.

1) 12th October 2020: Resumption and registration of final year students (1day)
1b) 19th October 2020: Resumption and registration for returning students(1day)
1c) 26th October 2020: Resumption and registration for fresh students (1day)
2) 12th October 2020 to 21st November 2020: First semester lectures(6weeks)
1b) 23rd November 2020 to 12th December 2020: First-semester examination (3weeks)
3) 14th December 2020 to 3rd January 2021: Marking, Moderation & Approval of results(3weeks)
SECOND SEMESTER
4a) 4th January,2O21 to 27th March 2021: Second-semester lectures (12weeks)
4b) 29th March 2021 to 17th April 2021: Second-semester Examination (3weeks)
5) 19th April 2021 to 1st May 2021: Marking, Moderation & Approval of results (2weeks)
6) 19th April 2021 to 16th May 2021: End of semester break (4weeks)
7) 17th May,2021: New session Begins
