A 15-year-old student of Command Day Secondary School, Enugu identified as Gideon was mercilessly beaten by Soldiers yesterday for not putting on his complete school uniform.
It was gathered that, the student went to school without putting on his cap and tie and was stopped by a Soldier at the school gate. He was reportedly asked to kneel down but, he tried to play a smart one by running away.
He was out of luck when the Soldier caught him and decided to teach him a lesson and was flogged till he started bleeding.
