The pathetic and shameful pictures of some students of a Polytechnic sitting on bare floor while they receive lecture has surface online.
According to Elmustapha, who posted the pictures online, the students were of the department of Electrical Engineering and the polytechnic is named Ramat Polytechnic located in Maiduguri, Borno State.
The students were pictured sitting on the bare floor in a tiny room called a lecture room which looked dark and poorly ventilated.
The Polytechnic was supposed to provide for students training and development in technical, engineering, environmental science, financial studies among others, but these pictures portray the institution as absolutely underdeveloped.
