The moment any university or polytechnic announces its sales of part-time form for 2018/2019 academic session, the name of the university or polytechnic and a link to all the relevant information like available courses, admission requirements, method of application, screening (if any) and application deadline will be included on the list.
In case you check and the name of your school of interest has not been included, just check back regularly to know when the list has been updated or when the name of the school has been added to the list.
