The Niger State Universal Basic Education Board (NSUBEB) has commenced the training of education managers who will in turn; train about 3,219 primary school headteachers in preparation for the resumption and examination of primary six pupils.
The Chairman of the Board, Dr Isah Adamu stated that the training is because of schools resumption and will cover the 25 Local Government Areas of the state. He added that the purpose of the training is to further enlighten the management of schools on safety measures to be taken as regards COVID-19.
He disclosed that a total of 25 education management and administration officers will be taught non-pharmaceutical protocols to empower them to train various primary schools administrators in the state.
