The management of School of Nursing St. Gerard’s Catholic Hospital Kaduna, has announced the sale of admission forms for Basic General Nursing.
According to the management, the sale of application forms for 2024/2025 academic session for candidates into St. Gerard’s School of Nursing for BASIC GENERAL NURSING TRAINING commencement date shall be communicated to interested applicants via their website.
How To Apply for School of Nursing St. Gerard’s Catholic Hospital Kaduna Admission Form
Interested applicants are to obtain their admission form from the School of Nursing St. Gerard’s Catholic Hospital Kaduna account office at the cost of N10,000.00 only from 8:00am – 12:00noon each day from Monday to Friday.
Please note that Late purchase of form will attract a fine of three thousand (3,000.00) Naira.
DATE AND VENUE OF EXAM:
The management has announced that the date and venue for the entrance exam are most likely around the 19th June, 2024 and the exam venue shall be at School of Nursing Hall, St. Gerard’s Catholic Hospital, Kaduna respectively.
Time is 7:30am prompt.
All candidates are expected to be at the venue at least 30mins before the slated time for the examination.
ENTRY QUALIFICATION:
Candidates are expected to have obtained at least five (5) credits in
the following subjects:
1) English language
2) Mathematics
3) Chemistry,
4) Physics and biology in not more than two sittings in WAEC, NECO, GCE.
IMPORTANT NOTE: Issues regarding forms and submission errors and other registration challenges must have been cleared on or before 18th June, 2024.
