Eligibility Requirements
Candidates applying for admission into Admission Programme must possess a minimum of five (5) ‘O’ level credit including English Language and Mathematics at not more than two (2) sittings in WASC, GCE, NECO or its equivalent. Other credits must be relevant to the Programme as contained in JAMB brochure. Furthermore, awaiting result is not accepted.

A NON-REFUNDABLE Entrance Examination fee of N15,000.00 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) only. Payment should be made into Ministry of Health Department of Nursing and Midwifery Account at Zenith Bank PLC Account Number: 1015649624.
Forms are obtainable in all schools of Nursing and Midwifery in Delta State. 2 Passport Photograph (Coloured with White Background) must be routed through the PRINCIPAL OF THE SCHOOL OF APPLICANT’S CHOICE.
