ALL PDE CERTIFICATES ARE AWARDED WITH THE APPROVAL OF TEACHERS’ REGISTRATION COUNCIL OF NIGERIA (TRCN) WHILE TRCN CERTIFICATES ARE AWARDED BY THE TEACHERS’ REGISTRATION COUNCIL OF NIGERIA.
Admission Requirements:
- First Degree or HND from any recognized Tertiary Institution.
