MODE OF ADMISSION
The Pre-degree programme is designed to run for two semesters (one academic session). Mode of study is classroom face to face lectures at Rivers State University, Port Harcourt.
ADMISSION REQUIREMENTS
Applicants for admission into the Pre-degree Programme are expected to have a minimum of five ‘O’ Level Credits at one or two sittings in English Language, Mathematics, and three other relevant Science subjects in SSCE/GCE organized by WAEC and NECO or any other equivalent certificates.
Applicants for Basic Medicine are expected to have the required five ‘O’ Level Credits in one sitting. Accepted candidates must enroll and write the 2024/2025 JAMB/UTME with relevant subjects’ combination to any programme.

STEP 1 – You are to visit the Rivers State University website www.ust.edu.ng
STEP 2 – Follow the link for the 2024/2025 Pre-degree Programme Application.
STEP 3 – Application Form to be completed online (with candidate’s phone number) after payment of application fee of N15,000 (Fifteen Thousand Naira) only.
IMPORTANT NOTE
Candidates should come along with photocopies of application download for Clearance and Registration which commences from Monday 3rd October, 2024 at ICTC premises, RSU, Port Harcourt. Applicants will be expected to bring their SSCE/GCE/NECO certificates/result slips during clearance and registration.

RSU Pre-degree admission form is available from Wednesday 14th September and Closes on Friday, 14th January, 2023. Late application after the closing date will not be accepted.
