The after-effect of the heinous flood across the Country, has caused the road leading to Joseph Tarku University of Agriculture, formerly known as Federal university of Agriculture, Makurdi, to collapse.
According to reports, people living around the area are trapped at their homes and unable to go out due to the situation.
