A serving Corps member identified as Timinipre Isaac Indiamaowe erected a status of the Governor of Rivers State, Chief Barr. Nyesom Wike in Eleme Local Government Area, where he is currently serving.
According to report, he was able to sculpture the piece within one week as part of his Community Development Service (CDS).
Timinipre Isaac is a graduate of Niger Delta University, NDU.
