Sequel to the peaceful agitation by the students of this Institution, on Monday, 21st March, 2022, a tripartite reconciliation meeting was held at the instance of the management at the Rector's Conference Room where the following resolutions were reached.
- Students Union Executives and Student Representatives Council Elections would be conducted on-line simultaneously on Saturday, 26 March, 2022.
- Agents of the candidates would be given room to serve as observers at the situation room in the Institution. Between Thursday and Friday 24 and 25 March, 2022, the E-voting process would be test run with representatives of the Management, NANS and Directorate of Students Affairs in attendance.
- Under no circumstance would a candidate or eligible voter be victimized and that staff involvement on electoral processes he prohibited.
- The Management assured NANS that the elections would be conducted in free and fair manner while NANS representatives equally plodged that pre-election period, election period and post-election period would be crisis-free.
- The management assured NANS that no student would be sanctioned for participating in the peaceful protest of today 21st March, 2022.
- New date for examination would be communicated in due course while the students representatives promised to reciprocate the management's gesture for payment of tuition and completion of registration formalities
