Celebrating 50 Years of the Commonwealth Youth Programme
2023 marks the 50th Anniversary of the Commonwealth Youth Programme, and Commonwealth Heads of Government have declared this year dedicated to youth-led action for sustainable and inclusive development. With 60% of the Commonwealth’s 2.5 billion people under 30, the young demographic represents a dynamic force for change, consisting of exceptional individuals advocating, influencing decisions, and driving action.

The Queen’s Commonwealth Essay Competition Prizes and Awards
The top two winners from each category will receive a trip to London for a week of educational and cultural events, culminating in a special Awards Ceremony at a royal palace. All successful entries will receive a Certificate of Participation, and several entrants will be awarded Gold, Silver, and Bronze Awards for excellence in writing.

Senior Category (14-18 Years of Age)
