PTI Acceptance fee for fresh students for 2024/2025 academic session is as follows;
Petroleum Training Institute Effurun acceptance fee for indigenes and non-indigenes is twenty thousand (20,000) Naira. All freshers are to pay this fee as soon as they confirm their names on the admission list but please note that the fee could change and this is at the discretion of the management of the Polytechnic. So it is advised you reconfirm before making payment online.
Please be informed that PTI acceptance fee is to be paid within the stipulated period as directed by the management of the institution as failure to comply means automatic forfeiture of admission.
Please note that upon payment of PTI acceptance fee, other fees and charges like registration fee, accommodation fee, Library fee, faculty and departmental dues, ICT levy and the likes are to be paid after payment of the acceptance fee.
PTI ACCEPTANCE FEE PAYMENT PROCEDURE 2024/2025: How To Pay PTI Acceptance Fee Online
Step 1 – On the Admission Menu, click on Check Admission Status
Step 2 – Enter your Username and Password (i.e. your application login credentials)
Step 3 – On your portal dashboard, click on Check Admission Status
Step 4 – If your online admission is updated, you will see a CONGRATULATIONS message and a link to print ACCEPTANCE FORM, click on it to generate RRR code for payment
NOTE: If you have been admitted and you did not get the CONGRATULATIONS message on your portal or Your Login credential is invalid, please visit the Institute’s ICT centre or Call the ICT Support Desk on 08122855018 or send an email to [email protected]
Step 5 – Print the RRR code and go to any bank to make payment. At this point you can download the approved fees on your dashboard
Step 6 – Return to the website and repeat steps 1, 2 and 3 to print your ACCEPTANCE
NOTE: If after payment, the system still tells you to generate RRR code, then you have to Requery the RRR code (The steps to do so is also available on this website) or contact the ICT centre for assistance.
