Provost Warns Freshers to Shun Bad Behaviour, Especially Cultism:
The Provost of the Michael Otedola College of Primary Education, Epe, Lagos, Prof. Olu Akeusola, has urged fresh students of the school to shun bad behaviour, especially cultism.
The provost, while administering oath of admission to the 470 new students, noted that the college authorities would not hesitate to sanction any errant student.
Anyone found guilty of misconduct, particularly in cult-related activities, he said, would face disciplinary measures in line with the institution’s rules and regulations.
Akeusola, who said the institution had enjoyed peace over the years, therefore, urged the fresh students to ensure peace endures in the school.

He implored them to exploit the opportunity offered by the college to acquire the best of education.
The provost also hailed the Lagos State Government as well as other stakeholders for their support to the college.
He said, “With the support of the state government, the governing council, management and academic board ,the college has been able to attract foreign assistance in recent times .This has boosted its teaching and learning facilities. I, therefore, advise you, the matriculating students, to take advantage of this opportunity to boost your intellectual abilities.
“I strongly advise that you remain focused, diligent and disciplined in order to achieve your dreams and aspirations in this college and beyond to make your parents proud.”
