The result showed that; There is a positive and statistically significant relationship between the time spent by office staff in terms of work efficiency, work quality, work efficiency, worker progress and job satisfaction of PHCN employees. The results show that; The time devoted to traffic congestion has a significant impact on work quality, work efficiency, work efficiency and worker progress. To move forward, this study has the following implications for politics. First, it is imperative that organizations develop an era of labor management policy.
