POST UTME 2012: Now that JAMB has come and gone

POST UTME 2012: Now that JAMB has come and gone

Every system in Nigeria is filled with various tests and examination, which is most times planned for the candidates to fail. These exams are encountered not only in search for well-paid jobs but also in a quest to join learners in our various higher institutions of learning nation-wide.

As if the just concluded Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination is not enough, all prospective students of any university and polytechnics has one more fierce fight to face-the Post-UTME.

From records and various study results made in the field of university admission examinations in the country, success in the UTME has never been a sure ticket to university admission. It has also been found arguably correct to some reasonable extent that the UTME and post-UTME performance of lots of the admission seekers does not auto-correlate.

To this effect, the "candidates that succeed" are not those with the best UTME scores, not those on the average but those who realized that the fight is not over yet until it is over!

It is therefore recommended that all students who sat for the 2012 UTME should not have it quiet a resting time, but plunge into more rigorous, elaborate, and dedicated revision against the fast-approaching post UTME exams of their various schools of choice(s).

Thank God, SchoolGist Services has put in place as usual, very many platforms of assisting the intending freshers to achieving a successful admission to their dream universities and polytechnics.
