An unnamed Port Harcourt teacher has been accused of dehumanizing an 11-year-old special needs child, leaving him with marks on his body.
Photos shared online show the boy with red cane marks on his head and back.
Juliet Ocheze who shared the photos online also appealed for help from any agency that can take up the child's case and put an end to such abuse.
