To apply for the form you must have met the following requirements;
- You must have obtained a minimum of five 5 O’level credit passes or its A’level equivalents as it relates to your registered course.
- You must have selected PLAPOLY as your preferred choice of institution
- You must have a minimum of Lower Credit in your ND programme and the requisite 1yr industrial attachment.

How To Apply for PLAPOLY HND Admission Form
To successfully apply for the form via PLAPOLY undergraduate portal, you must follow the steps outlined below. You are expected to read through thoroughly to avoid mistakes that could disqualify your form
Step 1 – You are to visit https://portal.plapoly.edu.ng/
Step 2 – Select your programme type
Step 3 – Print the Invoice page that pops out.
Step 4 – Proceed to the bank with the print-out and make your payment using the Remita RRR Generated.
Step 4 – After the payment, go back to the portal and click the “Apply Now” Button
Step 5 – Select the Application Type and insert your RRR
Step 6 – Fill in your details correctly.
PLAPOLY HND Form Closing Date
The management has announced that the HND forms be submitted on or before 16th April, 2024. Any form submitted after this date will not be attended to.
