To apply for the form you must have met the following requirements;
- You must have obtained a minimum of five 5 O’level credit passes or its A’level equivalents as it relates to your registered course.
- You must have selected PLAPOLY as your preferred choice of institution
- You must have a minimum of Lower Credit in your ND programme and requisite 1yr industrial attachment.

To successfully apply for the form via PLAPOLY undergraduate portal, you must follow the steps outlined below. You are expected to read through thoroughly to avoid mistakes that could disqualify your form
Step 1 – You are to visit https://portal.plapoly.edu.ng
Step 2 – Click Initialize Account You will need to provide a functional Email and Mobile number, as you will be communicated through these medium, change your password as well, before you generate your Invoice if you have Initialized your application already:
Step 4 – Enter your Application No. & your password (created during Initialization of Account Earlier) and press continue application to login.
PLAPOLY HND Form Closing Date
The management has announced that the HND forms be submitted on or before 16th April, 2024. Any form submitted after this date will not be attended to.
