The management of Osun State Polytechnic has announced to the general public especially newly admitted students that the Matriculation Ceremony for freshers who recently got admitted into Osun State Polytechnic for the 2024/2025 academic session has been rescheduled to hold on 16th April, 2024.
Every student participating in the Matriculation exercise students is mandated to be present at the venue for procession according to their respective Faculties by 8:am at the venue.
Please note that this matriculation ceremony is compulsory for all newly admitted students that gained admission into Osun State Polytechnic either via UTME or Direct Entry method as attendance will be taken because you will be required to sign the Matriculation Register immediately after the event is over.

Venue: The ETF Hall
Instructions for Matriculants
- Any student who fails to register and consequently does not matriculate forfeits his/her admission and studentship.
- Academic Gowns will be available for collection from the Faculty Officers as from Monday, 15 April, 2024.
- All academic Gowns collected for the ceremony should be returned unfailingly to the Faculty Officers before close of work on Wednesday, 17th April, 2024.
- Failure to return the Gown by any student shall attract a fine of 00per day of default, this is also subject to upward review and further sanctions.
- Any student who has not paid school fees and other charges and duly registered will not be able to matriculate.
Faculty Officers are urged to communicate these instructions to their respective students and ensure compliance.
