Oko Poly Post UTME Eligibility Requirements
Candidate must have obtained at least 5 credit passes from all relevant subjects related to his or her registered course.
Candidates who selected Federal poly Oko or changed institution and course to Federal polytechnic Oko must have scored at least 120 and above in the current UTME

How to Apply for Federal Poly Oko Post UTME Screening Form
STEP 1: Visit Go to OKOPOLY Admission Portal to generate an invoice.
STEP 2: Use the generated invoice you are required to purchase the form at the designated banks viz: Microfinance, FCMB or any other banks that partner with fedpolyoko school or through the use of remitta, and make a payment of #2000 upon which a receipt which will serve as a proof of payment will be issued to you.
STEP 3: Go back online to complete your online registration with the following credentials:
- Jamb Result
- O’Level Result
- Passport Photograph
- Local Government Identification Letter
- First School Leaving Certificate
- Birth Certificate
- Testimonial ( Primary Or Secondary)
STEP 4: Reconfirm your data and upon confirming the correctness, click the “Submit Button” then print out a hard-copy of your Acknowledgement Slip.
Closing Date For Submission of Completed Okopoly Post UTME Forms
The management has directed that all completed forms be submitted on or before 27th September, 2024 after which the portal will be disabled from accepting submission of forms.
