The management of Federal polytechnic Oko – FEDPOLYOKO has announced the release of their Post-UTME screening registration form 2024/2025 academic session for candidates that selected oko poly as their preferred choice of polytechnic.
In addition to the above, the eligibility criteria, minimum required JAMB cut-off mark, cost of application form and important information for a smooth registration exercise have been provided
FEDPOLYOKO Post UTME Screening Form 2024/2025 Application Procedure
ELIGIBILITY CRITERIA
Only candidates that selected oko poly and obtained a minimum of 140 and above in the 2024 UTME are eligible for registration.

How To Apply for FEDPOLYOKO Post UTME Admission Form
Step 1 – You are required to generate an invoice from using this link: portal.federalpolyoko.edu.ng/screeningapplication.aspx.
Step 2 – With the generated invoice you are required to purchase the form at the designated banks viz: Microfinance, FCMB or any other banks that partner with fedpolyoko school or through the use of remitta, and make a payment of #2000. A Payment receipt will be issued to you.
Step 3 – Go back online to complete your online registration with the following credentials:
1. Jamb Result
2. O’Level Result
3. Passport Photograph
4. Local Government Identification Letter
5. First School Leaving Certificate
6. Birth Certificate
7. Testimonial ( Primary Or Secondary)
Step 4 – Carefully Re-Check the Information you inputted
Step 5 – Click the “Submit Button”
Step 6 – Print Out Your Acknowledgement Slip.
