Returning Students
Registration Period: Monday 16th – Friday 27th June, 2014.
Late Registration (Additional Fees of N5,000.00k): Monday 30th June – 4th July, 2014
Please note that the Portal will be closed by midnight on 5th July, 2014 and returning students will only be allowed to check registered courses. Any add and drop of courses must be done within this registration period. Failure to register within this registration period will amount to forfeiting the Contact Session. All spilled over students should also make sure they register within this period as no school fees payment will be allowed after this period.
Steps for Registration
Paying School Fees
Student on arrival should visit; www.nsuk.edu.ng, under Current Students tab, click on Pay School Fees and Select Sandwich Students fees. Wait for the page to load. Enter your Matriculation Number, and click on Get Fee Detail. The fees due for your Student category will be displayed. Download and Print a copy of the Payment Invoice and take it to any branch of the designated bank below:

Note: You will be required to pay additional fees of i. Portal Access and Internet Charges = 2,000 ii. Transaction Charges = 300
Upon successful payment at the bank, you will be given a payment slip which contains a confirmation number. Return to the portal with this and follow the procedure above. Select the e-tranzact Pin Vending option and click on pay fees. This will take you to a page, enter the confirmation number and click on verify. After your payment has been verified, you will be required to print your school fees receipt and also a PIN will be automatically generated for you with which you will be required to use in Step
Profile Update and Course Form Registration
Still on www.nsuk.edu.ng, select Sandwish Portal Login under Current Students use the combination of your Matriculation Number and the PIN obtained after your payment has been successfully verified and school fees receipt printed. Login and update your profile, also register all your required courses as the case may be. Upon successful registration, print out your course form and examination card.
Please, make sure you keep your Payment Receipt as no issue as regarding payment will be attended to without it.
New Students (Fresher’s)

Steps for Registration
Student on arrival should visit University Website: www.nsuk.edu.ng , under the Prospective Students Tab, click on Downloads. Select Sandwish and Enter your ICTSW Number(As it appears on the Admission List) and press enter. You will be required to print your Admission Letter and the Clearance/Screening Form.
Proceed to your department with the following alongside your Admission Letter and Clearance Form: i. Original Copies of all credentials and Indigene Certificate ii. Ten (10) recent Passport-sized photographs
Make sure you are properly screened at the Department, Faculty before proceeding to the Academic Office for Signing.

NB: Please, make sure you are properly screened before paying fees as there will be no refund after payment has been made.
