The University Management Committee under the new Vice-Chancellor, Professor Femi Peters had just concluded its 87th meeting held today 17th February 2021, and chaired by the Vice-Chancellor
The Committee discussed a number of issues including that of the newly approved restructuring of the conduct of University examinations and took the following decisions:
1. That the new policy on the conduct of the University examinations which restricted its process to semester by semester is hereby cancelled with immediate effect.
2. That the University's examination process is hereby reverted to the former method where students will be examined in all courses during the examination
3. That Students admissions and registrations will new be a continuous process in keeping with the University's policy of flexibility and accessibility
4. That Management is desirous of tackling to the bearest minimum all identified challenges facing the conduct of the University examinations, admissions and registration
5. Management hereby appeals for calm, patience and understanding of all stakeholders in the business of moving the University forward
