Applicants are to pay the following fees for NOUN application forms, each programmes have their own applicable fees:
- Undergraduate Programmes N5,000 (Five thousand naira) only
- Postgraduate (PGD and Masters) Programmes: N7,500 (seven thousand five hundred naira) only
- Doctor of Philosophy (Ph.D) Programmes N10,000 (ten thousand naira) only

NOUN APPLICATION FORM: HOW TO APPLY
STEP 1: Applicants are required to visit NOUN (National Open University Nigeria) official website on www.noun.edu.ng and click on the title which says: “Application Form”.
STEP 2: When the application form web page loads up on your browser, proceed and use your Application PIN to access your own personalized NOUN online application form.
STEP 3: Applicants are to fill out the registration form with the required details. Proceed and complete the online NOUN admission application form by providing all the required data/information correctly.
STEP 4: After you have successfully completing the registration form, reconfirm by going through it repeatedly to be double sure about the data inputted before submitting the application form by clicking on the Submit Button at the bottom of the screen.
STEP 5: When you’re done, proceed to printing out of your provisional admission letter.
