Vexed with what is seemingly more like the death of university education in Nigeria, Nollywood Diva, Omotola Jalade speaks up.
On her twitter page, Tuesday October 15, the actress wrote and we quote:
First Tweet: "Education is a right not privilege. This should be the 1st responsibility of every parent state and country to their child. #Nigeria #Education."
On a second tweet at same hour, she continued...
"Why are students of the most populous black nation in the world, "Giant" of Africa NOT in school? Where are the educational funds? #Nigeria."
Concluding she rapped up saying...
"Why is there a crippling silence when schools have been SHUT for 2 months and the youths are wasting away with their future uncertain?"
Well done, Omotola! The question is: Are the authorities really listening??
