Qualification for Admission into Part-Time Degree/ Diploma/Certificate Programme

  • Holders of WASC/SSCE, GCE O’Level or their equivalent with at least credit passes in five (5) relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics obtained in mot more than two sittings are eligible to apply for any other the degree/diploma
  • Certificate programmes require experience and availability as they are targeted at skill(s) acquisition. However, candidates should be able to communicate in English Language as facilitation of the programme shall be in English Language. This notwithstanding, the possession of WASC/SSCE, GCE O’Level or their equivalent with at least credit passes in five (5) relevant subjects including English Language and Mathematics obtained in not more than two sittings (for programmes especially in Library & Information Science, Insurance & Risk Management would be an added

Duration of Part-Time Degree Programme

  • Degree Programmes: Five (5) Years for all programmes except Environmental Management.
  • Diploma Programme: Two (2) Years
  • Certificate Programme: A minimum of Six months depending on the skill involved.

How To Apply for NDU Part Time Admission Form

Step 1 – Visit the University website on ndu.edu.ng

Step 2 – Click on 2023/2024 Part-Time Undergraduate/Diploma/Certificate Application Form now on Apply

Step 3 – Click on Buy EPin to purchase your NDU Part Time Application EPin (N17,500:00 for Degree Programmes and 12,500 for both Diploma & Certificate Programmes) online using your Bank Debit/Credit Card.

Step 4 – Fill the application form with the EPin purchased (generated, sent to your email and phone number) and apply for

Step 5 – Submit a copy of your completed application form to the Institute of Continuing Education

Applicants are required to Log-on to Jamb website for Jamb registration and completion of On-line application Form with the sum of N3,500:00 (three thousand five hundred naira only). This is applicable to DEGREE Programmes

The names on the candidate’s O’level certificate(s) must be the same as what is filled on-line.

Please note that the set of names stated by the applicants in their Application MUST be consistent with the names on their credentials. Inconsistency in names may lead to disqualification, except with proof of change of names from a Court of Law with a Newspapers publication of such change. Applicants with O’ level Examination Results from 2010 backwards MUST present their Original Certificates and NOT Statement of Results or Result Slips at the point of clearance for Registration if admitted.

Note: Any candidate caught impersonating will be handed over to the police and the candidate impersonated will automatically be disqualified.
