According to the information made available by the management of the university via its weekly bulletin dated April 4th, 2017, the schedule of school fees for 2016/2017 academic session is as follows;

Indigene: One Hundred and Ten Thousand Naira (N110,000)
Non-Indegene: One Hundred and Sixty Thousand Naira (N160,000)
NDU 2016/2017 School fees schedule – 200 Level
Indigene: Sixty Thousand Naira (N60,000)
Non-Indegene: Hundred Thousand Naira (N100,000)
NDU 2016/2017 School fees schedule – 300 Level
Indigene: Thirty-Five Thousand Naira (N35,000)
Non-Indegene: Fifty-Five Thousand Naira (N55,000)
