It is a 2-year structured development programme for young graduates, combining formal development (in partnership with Duke Corporate Education and the MTN Academy) and on-the-job learning.

About MTN Foundation

The MTN Foundation scholarship scheme seeks to attract high performing full time students studying in public tertiary institutions (universities, polytechnics and colleges of education) in Nigeria. The scholarship provides financial assistance to students who might otherwise be unable to pay for their tertiary education and aims to recognize and reward academic excellence.

Aim and Benefits of MTN Global Graduate Development Program

Upon completing the 2-year programme, graduates will be offered FULL EMPLOYMENT into MTN subject to satisfactory performance during the 2 year period.

Requirements for MTN Global Graduate Development Program Qualification

Minimum of a second-class upper degree (2:1) or HND upper credit from an institution in any of the following field(s) of study:

  • Mathematical Sciences
  • Statistics
  • Computer Engineering
  • Electrical and Electronics Engineering
  • Economics
  • Business Administration
  • Social Sciences
  • Marketing

Requirements

  • Age limit:26 years
  • Must have completed National Youth Service Corps (NYSC)
  • Must be fluent in English
  • Must have a valid international passport
