GOL is a gamified five-week virtual hackathon developed by MicrosoftADC for undergraduate students. Last year was open to Nigeria & Kenya. It is back, this time open to students in East Africa and South Africa.

Requirements for Game of Learners Season 3 Qualification
You are eligible to enter if you meet the following requirements at time of entry:
•You are at least 18 years of age and are actively enrolled as a student at an accredited college/university (or equivalent)in Kenya or Nigeria.
•If you are a Microsoft Learn Student Ambassador, you are eligible to participate if you are in your Alpha milestone.
If you are an Alpha member of the Microsoft Learn Student Ambassadors and you meet the eligibility criteria you may participate but you are prohibited from using any resources which are not broadly available to all other students. This includes but not limited to the Visual Studio Enterprise Subscription benefits.
