Alli, Abdul- Hafeez has emerged the best graduating student of Federal University Of Technology Akure, (FUTA) and from the Department of Electrical and Electronics Engineering with a total CGPA of 4.89,
Alli who was recognized who presented the valedictory speech at the Convocation ceremony of the institution attributed his success to determination, diligence and trust in God.
The 23 year old, Edo born Ali obtained an OND with distinction in Electrical/ Electronics from Auchi Polytechnic in 2011 before entering FUTA in 2012 through Direct Entry.
According to reports, Ali has always been passionate about anything related to electricity from his childhood, was always in the habit of repairing malfunctioning gadgets at home.
In his speech, He said he was focused and diligent at the same time determined to be the best graduating student. He appreciated the university management for creating an enabling environment suitable for learning.
He reminded the undergraduates them that humility and character are the hallmark of true education, he urged them to define their goals and identify their priorities, "Making friends, taking various posts should not be your focus" he said.
