IMPORTANT NOTES:
- MAUTECH post UTME will be computer based test format.
- Kindly be informed that all eligible candidates are required to pay the sum of Two thousand Naira (N2,000) only for MAUTECH post UTME form.

MAUTECH Post-UTME/DE Eligibility Requirements
a) JAMB Cut Off Mark: Candidates must score at least 160 and above in the 2024 UTME and must have selected MAUTECH as their first choice of Institution in their 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination registration exercise.
b) Candidates who did not choose MAUTECH as their first choice institution, but wish to study in the institution are ELIGIBLE to apply for MAUTECH Post UTME on the grounds that such candidate(s) must have successfully completed a change of Institution and course to Modibbo Adama University of Technology on the JAMB Portal before the closing date.
c) Candidates with AWAITING RESULTS who selected Modibbo Adama University of Technology as their 1st choice of institution during the 2024 UTME registration or changed their institution and course to University of Benin are also ELIGIBLE to apply for MAUTECH post UTME form for the 2024/2025 academic session.
d) MAUTECH O’Level Requirements: Candidate must have obtained at least five (5) credit passes at GCE O/L, SSCE, NECO, or their equivalent and these subjects must include English Language, and Mathematics.
e) DE Requirement: Candidates with a minimum of Lower Credit in Diploma or Merit grade in NCE from a recognized tertiary institution and have five relevant O’ level credits (including Mathematics and English language) are eligible to register into 200 level.
How To Apply For MAUTECH Post UTME Screening Form
Please note that before starting your application, you need to have an active email address. This is needed for receiving information from MAUTECH as regards the progress of your application form.
STEP 1: Log on to mautech.edu.ng and click on ‘2024/2025 POST UTME’ link;
STEP 2: Candidates are to visit the MAUTECH website on mautech.edu.ng and then click on 2024/2025 apply now link, and click on ‘new applicant’.
STEP 3: Enter your name, JAMB No., valid email address and phone number (ensure that it is your email and phone number, it will be used in subsequent communication with you).
STEP 4: Click on ‘submit’ and a login page will be displayed for you.
STEP 5: Enter your JAMB No as your username and password to log in and you will be redirected to REMITA payment platform to make payment.
STEP 6: Select any of the payment options most convenient for you below (i.e. using ATM Card or Bank):
i) ATM Card Payment Option:
- Click ‘proceed to payment’ icon
- Select card type (Master Card, Verve Card etc)
- Enter your Card details and ATM PIN No. and ‘submit’
- OTP confirmatory code will be sent to your phone/email to confirm your transaction.
- FINALLY, enter the sent OTP code to complete your transaction.
- N2, 000.00 will be deducted from your account.
- After completing the payment, you will be taken to the registration platform to proceed with your registration.
ii) Bank Payment Option:
- Click ‘proceed to payment’ icon
- Select Bank;
- Enter your details as required and ‘submit’
- Print the e-invoice containing the Remita Reference No. and take to any Commercial Bank and pay the sum of two thousand (N2,000.00).
- A payment receipt will be generated for you from the bank.
- Logon to MAUTECH website again, select 2024/2025 Post UTME link, select existing applicant and enter your JAMB No as username and password. You will be taken to the registration platform to proceed with registration.
STEP 7: CHOICE OF PROGRAMME: You are required to select the choice of your programme of study from the list of available courses offered by MAUTECH.
STEP 8: UPLOADING OF PASSPORT/DOCUMENTS:
You are required to upload your recent passport photograph that is very clear and with a plain red background. The picture should be in JPEG format and not more than 50kb in size.
Upload Scanned Copies of the following Documents (the documents should not exceed lOOkb each):
- JAMB Result Slip for UTME/JAMB Acknowledgement Slip for DE
- O’ Level Result(s); two sittings maximum
- A Level Result (ND/HND/NCE/IJMB)
- Birth Certificate/Declaration of Age
- Local Government Indigene Letter
STEP 9: Submit Your Application Form: Upon filling/uploading all the necessary information/Certificates, candidates are to cross check and ensure that all entries/uploads are correct after which you can submit your application by clicking on the ‘Submit Application’ button on the page.
STEP 10: Print Your Application Form: After successful submission of your application, your application page is displayed. Your JAMB Registration Number is your Application ID (Password) as well as your login Username. You may wish to print your application form by Clicking on the ‘Print Application’ button.
MAUTECH Post UTME/DE Form Closing Date
The management has announced that all completed post UTME and direct entry forms be submitted on or before 8th September, 2024.
