- First degree from any recognized University with a Pass Degree
- First degree from any recognized University with Third Class Degree
- Higher National Diploma in a related field of study
MASTERS DEGREE (MA, MEd, MLS, MSc, MSc.Ed)
- First degree from any recognized University with at least a Second Class Honours in a related field
- Postgraduate Diploma at credit level in a related field of study
MASTER OF PHILOSOPHY (MPhil/PhD)
- Master of Business Administration (MBA) or Master of Public Administration (MPA) in addition to a first degree in a related field
