Legacy University post UTME registration should be carried out only via the university’s website. You are to register and use your username and password in login in for the registration exercise.

Legacy University General Entry Requirements
(i) UTME
(a) All applicants are required to sit for the 2024 Unified Tertiary Matriculation Examination (UTME)
(b) Applicants are to complete the on-line application form by visiting Legacy University website at www.Legacy Universityuniversity.edu.ng
(c) All applicants are required to have credits at SSCE, GCE, NECO, NABTEB or approved equivalent in at least five (5) subjects, which must include English Language and four other subjects as may be specified
by each Faculty.
(d) The five credits should be obtained in not more than two sittings.
(e) For Medicine and Surgery (MB; BS), Nursing Science and Physiotherapy programmes, the five credits
(including Mathematics and English) must be obtained at only one sitting.
(f) Candidates awaiting results may apply.
(g) All applicants will be required to go through Legacy University Screening Exercise.
(h) Interested candidates who will apply to JAMB for admission and wish to change their choice to Legacy University are required to:
- Apply for change of institution through JAMB
- Complete the Legacy University On-line Application Form
- Participate in the Legacy University screening exercise.
(ii) DIRECT ENTRY
All applicants for direct entry must satisfy any of the following:
(a) NCE at credit level, ND and approved equivalents with at least Lower Credit in relevant fields.
(b) At least two Advanced Level passes at acceptable grade level.
(c) The Interim Joint Matriculation Board (IJMB),Joint Universities Preliminary Examination Board (JUPEB) or Cambridge moderated School of Basic Studies at acceptable grade levels.
(d) In addition to NCE/ND/IJMB, JUPEB or two Advanced Level papers specified by each Faculty or programme, candidates must also satisfy the Ordinary Level requirements.
(e) HND holders may be admitted to 200 Level or 300 Level depending on the regulation guiding admission to each department / programme.

How To Apply for Legacy University Post UTME Screening Form
To successfully apply for the form via LEGACY UNIVERSITY undergraduate portal, you must follow the steps outlined below. You are expected to read through thoroughly to avoid mistakes that could disqualify your form.
Candidates are expected to pay a non-refundable fee of #10,000 (ten thousand naira) for admission form into any of the following bank accounts of Legacy University Okija

Once payment has been made, go to the school premises and purchase the form, fill and submit at the administrative office.
General Post UTME/DE Instructions
- Candidates are advised to correctly upload their O’level results and current passport photographs on the portal. A maximum of two (2) sittings is allowed in the case of O’level requirements. The image format for the passport is JPEG and must not exceed 50KB.
- The passport photograph must be clean and clear without glasses and cap/head tie.
- LEGACY UNIVERSITY accepts WAEC, NECO and NABTEB O’level results.
- Candidates awaiting O’level results may also apply.
- Candidates are to click on Admission requirements to check on UTME and O’level requirements for their course of choice.
- Candidates are advised to read the O’level requirements of their courses and select the right FIVE subject combinations for their courses, which must include credit passes in English Language and Mathematics.
- Candidates who did not comply with the UTME subject/O’level requirements are requested to change to the appropriate course on JAMB CAPS in order to be considered for admission.
- Candidates should ensure that the on-line form is carefully completed, following ALL necessary instructions, as mistake(s) may be seen as misrepresentation/falsification of documents, which shall lead to disqualification.
Candidates are then to print-out evidence of completion of transaction and keep for future reference.
Cell phones and other electronic devices are not allowed at the venue of the screening exercise. - Candidates are to arrive at the screening venue an hour before the commencement of the exercise.
- It is compulsory for all candidates to participate in the online screening exercise to enable them to be considered for admission by the University.
