INFORMATION TO GRADUANDS AND GUEST
1) Convocation ceremony starts by 12noon prompt.
2) The doors of Adeline hall will be opened to GRADUANDS only between 10:00 am to 11:30 am.
3) Each graduand shall be allowed a maximum of two(2) guests with invitation cards. However, guests would not be allowed into the conference hall. All guests shall be seated at the University Conference Center where the proceeding will be viewed live.
4) Graduands and their guest are required to come along with their hand sanitizers face mask/shield in compliance with COVID-19 protocols.
