The students of the Lagos State University in their agitation against the increment of fees, has called for the immediate removal of the Education Minister Chief Nyesom Wike.
This move by the students has been condemned by a university lecturer, Professor Kinikanwo in Port Harcourt while speaking with news men.
According to professor kinikanwo while the increment of fees in LASU is not justifiable considering the economic implication, the minister has not contributed to this in any way stressing that LASU is a state owned institution and the Minister is not directly responsible for the hike in the fees and described the demand by the students as a misguided demand.
