A graduate of covenant university, Angela Chaja has taken to social media to accuse the university of hoarding her degree certificate and transcript.
According to the lady, she has been calling and begging the university staff to release her transcript to her since July 2020, and even had her husband call the school yet they refused to release her certificate to her.
The visibly distraught woman can be seen in the video clip begging the university to release her transcript as the delay has slowed down her academic advancement.
